to service has given us the ability to go above and beyond the
normal call of duty when it comes to technical support...
...We now provide clients the option for us to control their
PC remotely and resolve problems almost instantly right before
their eyes. Clients allow or deny the technician permission for
each support call, and can take back control in a single click
if desired. The new tool allows clients to get back to their
favourite CAD software fast and it shows them how the problem
was resolved so they can repeat the process on their own if they
have to in the future. This new support tool is standard with
the up and coming Support Subscription along with a variety of
other benefits. |

Customers should expect to receive their
Support Subscription invoice in late November or early December
this year. Support services cover subscribers from the 1st January
2008 to January 2009 and includes more services and benefits
this year than ever before. It is also half the cost of support

As a gentle reminder, support is not
free after the first 30 days, but it is extremely inexpensive.
The cost is a fixed $195 per license for the entire year; that's
only about 53c per day! To be fair to all users, support will
only be supplied to fully paid up subscribers.

Walltech-nology stuns the building industry |
|
CAD International is close to completing phase one of
a new software project that will make Walltech Australasia Pty
Ltd change the way buildings are built....globally.
The process doubles productivity, halves the work force costs
and delivers dramatically better insulation, fire ratings and
energy efficiencies to home and commercial applications of walls
in buildings.
CAD' has written specialised applications using the robust
RealCAD engine and CAM functions to enable architects drawings
to be converted into manufacturers 3D RealCAD models and subsequently
into CNC machine code. From here, huge routers carve out the
foam sandwich walls complete with space for frames, electricals,
plumbing and other service fixtures that are preinstalled in
the wall structure. Completed walls are then erected onsite,
pre-finished and pre-configured to the architects' drawings.
Once erected, services such as plumbing and electrical are hooked
up in minutes.
The construction is eco friendly too with waste materials from
the manufacturing process being recyclable so even the dust from
the router is collected, compressed and made into flooring!

CAD International today completed the second phase of
one of its most challenging projects to date for one of the world's
largest corporations. Contracts prevent CAD from revealing the
clients name at this stage but suffice to say we all know of
them in almost every corner of the globe.
CAD International is proud to advise that that the application
(developed using the RealCAD engine), has already saved the corporation
millions of dollars and provided a ROI (Return On Investment)
far exceeding expectations.
The program has been trialled and fine tuned in Australia
over the past year and is currently being tested in various regions
around the world. Divisions of the company in France have contributed
to the product's functional suitability for the European and
global market and will likely be bringing the tool into full
operation this fin. year.

your specific programs.
Warning: Only
download these updates if your current software is version 5.0,
5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 or 5.5. you can obtain this information from
the "Help>About" menu at the top of your program's
window.

Now I know that it's unusual
To Bless a motherboard,
But listen just a second
While I explain it to you, Lord.
You see, that little metal box
Holds more than odds and ends;
Inside those small compartments
Rest the files of work and friends.
And when I've been designing
Heart and soul have been in sync;
Saved inside this scrap of metal
Countless hours of 'creative think'.
To some CAD is but nothing,
Yet to me it is my blood,
