CAD International Career Opportunities

 Client Support
A position is now open with our tech support team in Australia.
Applicants must be excellent communicators with a good technical understanding of PC's, Windows O/S's and one or more CAD software programs, or have been involved in using a CAD software program in a design office in a hands-on practical manner. You will need to be patient and understanding in your approach. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing new support and online training systems as well as writing manuals, liaising with programmers and customers alike. Some face to face training may also be required from time to time.

 Software Development
A position is now open for sub-contract programming. Applicants must have experience in developing applications or core code related to CAD software, must be conversant in C++ and be able to demonstrate competency in 3D graphical applications. The work is typically project based and requires the ability to be flexible during the life of the projects. Your location is not important but your understanding of English is paramount.

 AutoLisp Programmer
A position is now open for sub-contract programming in AutoLisp. Applicants must have experience in developing AutoCAD applications and be able to demonstrate this competency. Current projects are focussed on structural drafting applications so a good understanding of the needs of structural engineers would be a distinct advantage. The contract requires existing code to be analysed and debugged as well as new features to be developed. Your location is not important but your understanding of English is paramount.

 Sales
Several positions are now available in the USA/Canada, UK/Europe, South Africa, Middle East, New Zealand, Russia and South America for sales executives to expand the CAD International presence in those regions. If you are a confident straight forward individual with a high level of integrity and enjoy liaising with clients at your own pace and are confident enough in your own ability to rely on commission payments, then this is a perfect opportunity for you. You will need to understand the general principles of CAD but not be locked in to any one type or brand. You will need an open mind and plenty of enthusiasm. You will be able to focus on single products in specialised design areas such as structural engineering, landscape design or architecture, or cater to the entire design community including schools and industry with the entire range.

 Project Manager
A position is now open for a software application project manager. This position requires a close liaison between clients and programmers in delivering software projects on time and above and beyond clients expectations. You will need to learn and understand the core RealCAD software and be able to write software specifications, manuals and training materials to compliment the projects. Payment is commission based as a percentage of each project on completion.
