CAD International resellers benefit from
being a part of a large and exciting global marketplace that
is ever changing and growing. Become a reseller with very little
up front outlay of either time nor money.
The new dramatically simplified Reseller
Program streamlines the administration and sales process to make
it the most attractive in the industry.
Resellers no longer require highly trained
expert staff nor do you need to hold volumes of software inventory...
you are simply required to purchase (and keep current) a full
license of the top-of-the range software version you wish to
resell. You must also advertise the product on your web site/s.
All licenses then purchased for resale are provided at a 25%
discount. Support is provided to both the reseller and end user
directly by CAD international. There is no limit to where you
may resell and to whom. Resale ability is offered on the following
product ranges: IntelliCAD, RealCAD, RealCAD-CAM, LANDWorksCAD,
and StrucPLUS.
To qualify as a reseller:

1. |
You must purchase a full NFR (not for resale)
license/s of the current top of the range version of the software
product or products you wish to on-sell at the retail/list price
as shown on the web site. Example:
Purchase RealCAD COMPLETE to be able to resell RealCAD Draft,
RealCAD LT, RealCAD Pro, RealCAD Pro+ and RealCAD COMPLETE. |

You must keep that NFR license current by
purchasing version upgrades as they are released. |

You must have an active commercial web site
on which you must keep CAD International approved promotion of
the product/s. |
Legal: Resellers have no claim on CAD International
beyond the scope of this arrangement. Resellers do not act as
agents or representatives of CAD International. CAD International
reserve the right to cancel or modify the rules of this arrangement
at any time. CAD International will publish changes to the scheme
via the http://www.cad.com.au URL within 30 days of any change.
It is the resellers responsibity to check for changes on the
site. Reseller discounts apply to software license sales, not
to ancillary products or services such as file viewers, computer
hardware, technical support, software upgrades, updates or training,
nor proprietary application software nor in conjunction with
proprietary application software etc. New Simplified Reseller
Program is effective as at 15th November 2007. |
